In 2023 our co-founder and co-owner Krisztián Dunder left the company. At the same time Bluerank, one of the largest independent digital marketing agencies in Poland, has become a minority owner in Growww Digital. Chief Operating Officer, Zsolt Bitay, and Head of Performance, Zoltán Flekács, two defining pillars of our company, joined the buyout as investors.

Founders of Growww Digital

Krisztian Dunder and László Szabó founded Growww Digital in Hungary in 2013, based on former digital activites. Krisztian is a well-known and recognised professional of the Hungarian digital world with a wide spectrum of online knowledge, Laszló is a specialist with Central-Eastern European marketing experience.

Krisztián Dunder’s professional experience in a nutshell:

• Between 2001-2012 he worked with international publisher companies’ Hungarian subsidiaries like Vorarlberger Medienhaus, Axel-Springer, WAZ, Daily Mail. His role was to develop and maintain end user media products, mostly newsportals (local, national, B2B niches). He was also responsible or took part in numerous vertical, listing portals (car, job, real estate, company registers, C2C marketplaces) as a full-time employee or as a consultant.
• Between 2010-2013 he worked on e-commerce and a HR innovation startup project as a digital consultant or project manager, while he wrote two books about the Hungarian digital scene (called Digitális sikertörténetek 1-2.).
• He is a constant public/keynote speaker of CEE professional conferences, frequently publishes / makes opinion in market leading business and end user media.

László Szabó’s professional experience in a nutshell:

Living and breathing online marketing, László has been supporting success stories across CEE region, working on the axis of Budapest-Bratislava-Prague for more than a decade.

• In 2006 during his university studies started as a PPC Specialist, worked on launching multiple projects across the CEE region.
• In 2008 started working at the market leading job portal in Slovakia, Profesia.sk as an online marketing specialist, being responsible for online marketing as a whole in 3 Hungary, Slovakia and Czech Republic.
• In 2011, obtained broad Central-Eastern European experience working as the online marketing coordinator of Daily Mail’s A&N International Media’s (Lapcom) online jobportals. Met Krisztian along the way.
• In 2013 co-founded Growww Digital, the result focused digital marketing agency operating in CEE region.
• In 2017 co-founded CEE Digital Alliance (formerly known as BlueAlliance) and has been Member of the Board since. CEE Digital Alliance is the ultimate network of leading digital marketing agencies of CEE region.
• In 2018 he has been Google Partners Trainer for export for Google Slovakia

In 2013, after numerous successful projects László and Krisztián decided to found Growww Digital, a CEE focused digital marketing agency.
